The prestigious villa Casale del Boschetto was built in the 1600s, it is located in a calm yet easily accessible area.
This luxury villa was renovated in 2012 in perfect harmony with the surrounding area and maintaining the typical features of Umbrian farmhouses. The project is characterised by several gable roofs placed on different levels and by peculiar and wide openings from which one can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills, therefore providing unique moments. Colours, harmonies and patterns transform every part of the house in a never-ending discovery.
The real estate complex consists of a main building and a small outbuilding with a bedroom and a bathroom. The main farmhouse is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a large open space which comprises of a living room with a fieldstone fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and utility room. A glass and iron interior staircase leads from the centre of the living room to the first floor, which has four en suite bedrooms, and a wood and iron mezzanine.
Outside there is a wide porch with exposed wooden beams facing the pool; this includes a hot tub and a wonderful waterfall with a view of the surrounding landscape. The first floor is also accessible through an external stone stairway with a small arcade from which one can enjoy views of the town of Panicale.
The property is further enriched by a wonderful garden with olive trees, mulberries, wisterias, and rosemary bushes.
