Casale Campolungo is a 19th century farmhouse. Located in an unspoilt valley a short distance from well-known Tuscan and Umbrian villages, it is an ideal place to spend quality time surrounded by nature.
The choice of every component, from the design of the spaces to the selection of the materials, was made to create an excellent home which could reflect styles from both the present and the past. The main feature of the farmhouse is its “lively structure”, with a staggered roof and passages, which fits to the slope of the hills. On the ground floor there is a light-filled living room, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and also direct access to the garden.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen and the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom which includes a hand-carved travertine bath. In the garden a secondary building overlooks the infinity pool, with uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. High quality materials further enhance the stunning interiors; wooden ceiling beams are painted white to increase the feeling of brightness.
The farmhouse is equipped with under-floor heating, home automation and an alarm system.
The garden harmoniously interacts with the immediate landscape, combining formal parts with others that have olive groves, broom and fruit trees.
